Como configurar mi tarjeta de TV en ubuntu 9.10

Bueno, busque en google pero ninguna de las opciones que salían me funcionaron, Instale kdetv y no me pesco la tarjeta, asi que como ultimo recurso recurro a los sabios de CHW

informacion de mi tarjeta de tv:

tienes que montar el modulo con los parametros de tu tarjeta que se incluyen en la documentacion del modulo saa7134. Eso es todo, hace más de un año que no lo hago asi que no me acuerdo, y el pc donde lo hice esta malo hace como 2 meses asi que 0 opcion de ver como fue que lo configure. Pero en internerd esta lleno de guias para eso. Ojo que se configura igual en debian y ubuntu.

PD: Mandriva tiene una gui fantastica para hacerlo

pucha, ya he intentado varias guias que salen en san google pero ninguna me ha funcionado ni con KDEtv ni TVtime

yo no cacho mucho , pero creo q no es modprobe module , debes colocar saa7134 en vez de module. es solo una sospecha ya q no tengo tarjeta de tv.

Quizá sea tirado de las mechas lo que voy a decir, pero, buscaste algo parecido en Philips??

¿Especificamente que tarjeta tienes?

Puedes buscar el id en esta página :

Lista de Tarjetas de TV Esto es buena cosa…

Una vez que tengas el id de tu tarjeta, deberías iniciar el modulo más o menos así:

sudo modprobe saa7134 card=XX tuner=YY
