This new memory was taken out of a new IBM Servers that was never powered on, for larger memory dimms. This is one of the newer and faster IBM memory sets, each set has a heat shield to keep the memory running cool at all times. Same design as high end gaming memory for gaming PCs. This memory is only sold in pairs. Works in Many Machines other than IBM!
